When you book a tour we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the time slot chosen, and the number of people (including add-on services, such as breakfast). If you pay online (for example with PayPal or a card), the transaction is processed directly by the payment provider you choose; we do not store your card or payment account details.

- Managing and confirming your booking.
- Contacting you about changes, cancellations, or questions related to your tour.
- Meeting capacity and safety requirements for each departure.
