2. Bookings
By booking a tour through our website, you confirm that the details you provide (name, email and phone number) are correct and that you accept the number of people and, where applicable, any add-on services (such as breakfast) indicated in your booking. Capacity for each departure is limited; once it is reached, no further bookings are accepted for that time slot.
3. Payments
Payment for your booking is processed through PayPal or another method we explicitly offer. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include what is specified in each tour's description.
4. Changes and cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, contact us directly on WhatsApp or at [email protected] as far in advance as possible. We evaluate each request based on availability and the time remaining before departure.
5. Tour conditions
Tours take place outdoors and may be affected by weather conditions. If we need to cancel a tour for safety reasons, we will offer to reschedule it or, if that is not possible, provide a corresponding refund. Participants must follow the guide's safety instructions at all times.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
